3 Days Desert Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga

Experience the best of southern Morocco on this 3 Days Desert Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga Sahara Desert Dunes that offers a comprehensive tour of the region's main highlights. The trip starts and ends in Marrakech and takes you through the stunning rocky peaks of the High Atlas Mountains. Follow the trail of the Old Salt Caravan road, a trans-Saharan trade route that once brought gold, ivory, and clothes from places like Timbuktu, Sudan, and Ghana to the North African coast. Today, the villages that once dotted this winding road have become shantytowns, but they remain a must-see for their authentic local charm. Sample the grilled meat and coffee at the open shacks and cafes, and immerse yourself in the local culture.

The highlight of this trip is a camel ride through the mesmerizing golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. These dunes are the largest in the region, and you'll be captivated by their beauty and splendour. The trip also includes a visit to the Todra Gorge, where you can admire the lush palm groves that surround it. The gorge is a natural wonder, with towering cliffs that rise up to 300 meters, making it an ideal spot for hikers and adventurers.

This 3-day short Sahara Desert Trip is the perfect way to experience the best of southern Morocco in a short amount of time. Book your trip today and get ready for an adventure of a lifetime.
